Skandoir returns
Skincare is personal; for hygiene reasons, opened serums cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original seal may be returned within [number] days of delivery.
Damaged or incorrect items
Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and we will replace the item.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by WhatsApp or email.
